As we roll into 2021 with the continued lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many have learned the lessons of gratitude for good health and a sense of urgency to no longer put off those “bucket list” items.

For many, this means finally moving forward with the purchase of land and custom design of that luxury home they’ve always wanted which is made especially feasible due to the current financial climate and access to funding.

As we begin 2021, many have a renewed sense of hope, urgency and determination to make their dreams come true. We are fully supportive of this attitude, as well as making the daunting task of commissioning and designing a new luxury home much easier for our clients.

Despite the challenges the COVID-19 pandemic has presented in 2020, we were able to expand services to include a full-service offering for architectural design normally reserved for the commercial market. What does this mean and why is it significant?
